1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using NAUGHTYVIDS VIP (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to NAUGHTYVIDS VIP is sold as a recurring subscription. When you sign up, you'll be charged immediately and then automatically rebilled at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you chose).

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

All payments are processed by Stripe, our third‑party payment provider. By entering your payment details you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or service credits for any subscription fee, renewal, or unused portion of a billing period — for any reason. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this strict no‑refund policy.

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support and we'll review your case.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to do anything illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights. You also agree not to share, resell, copy, scrape, redistribute, or publicly post Service content outside the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms — including loss of access without refund.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through NAUGHTYVIDS VIP is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to view content within the Service for as long as your subscription is active.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAUGHTYVIDS VIP and its owners, employees, partners, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or loss of use — arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
